with my new Instant Pot. 😉 I’m a little late to the game on this whole electric pressure cooker thing, but this is one fantastic kitchen device.

Anything that allows me to make crispy chicken carnitas (and therefore, tacos) in mere minutes is a winner in my book. Just look at this delectable goodness I whipped up this evening.

I only made 2 pounds of this today, but I don’t foresee it lasting long. It’s too delicious. And I’m too hungry. 😊 True story.
