I love these questions! However, I’m not going to answer them here, because some things are too personal even for my “private” blog. My favorite question is number 5, when did I feel most alive? I think the answer to that question can tell us a lot about what is most important in life. I actually picture this precise moment in my head over and over again, it was that profound.

As we enter the final stretch of 2015, now is a perfect time to reflect on your path. Reflect with compassion. Reflect with clarity. Reflect with intention. Zora Neale Hurston said so well, “There are years that ask questions and years that answer.” 2015 was full of feeling, emotion, questioning, not knowing and self-discovery.

A lot of discomfort was felt for all of the right reasons.  Life has been moving me to grow confident in my perspectives, abilities, instincts, dreams, goals and art. Insecurities and feelings of inadequacy that I held within were manifested in actual situations. It’s time to let those go.

As we enter reflection, go into it with gratitude and empowerment. Champion the ways you’ve grown in spirit and in body.
